Your role as Product Owner
As our Product Owner, your main responsibility is to articulate the voice of our customers and other stakeholders to create maximum value from our software development. You will ensure our web and mobile applications provide seamless, intuitive, and efficient experiences for our users while aligning with our business goals. You will be an integral part of a Product team creating competitive edge across hardware, software and services.
● Bachelor’s-equivalent level of thinking and working.
● Engage with subject matter experts and our network of resellers to gather and translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications.
● Champion user-centric design principles to create intuitive and high-performing digital experiences. Develop wireframes and design interfaces that optimize usability and enhance user satisfaction.
● Support agile development processes to ensure efficient software delivery.
● Drive go-to-market strategies, ensuring technical and business alignment.
● Maintain product documentation, including training materials and help desk support.
● Leverage analytics, user research, and A/B testing to improve product performance and engagement Monitor user adoption, satisfaction, and overall customer success.
Your competencies
We are seeking a Software Product Owner with a strong focus on User Experience (UX) to support the development of innovative digital solutions. In this role, you will bridge business needs, user expectations, and the software team. You will work closely with stakeholders, designers, and development teams to deliver solutions that align with business goals while delighting users.
● demonstrable experience as a Product Owner
● huge pro: experience in solar or energy.
● strong understanding of UX principles, usability testing. Preferable experience as UX/UI designer in a B2B environment
● ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
● ability to weigh business benefits for a given technical solution and vice versa to maximize value creation
● advocate of continuous improvement
● professional proficiency in Dutch and English
